I requested 2 (5+0) games. If you check 4 last games in my profile, you'll notice that 2 games were aborted. I hadn't even seen aborted games. Time of creation of aborted games the same as of both real games creation. Screenshot - 
The issue happened again. But this time it's me who was waiting for a player who had another game. Had to abort game. On the screenshot ( http://imgur.com/a/ZtBfd ) you can see the profile of a player with whom I was paired. He was put into 2 parallel games.
Issue with parings happened again. But this time trickier. I pressed "New opponent" button after previous game. Profile of the person en.lichess.org/@/Rojasjs . Screenshot of his profile http://imgur.com/a/GVJNE with 3 games created almost simultaneously. I aborted my game after I saw that his "online" indicator not green. So at moment when I aborted game he was offline and it means that his "dead body" was paired with 3 players. So put dead to a cemetery, not a game pool.
