Is there a way to keep all the 2000 rating + players under surveillance specially the new members?? Whenever a new member crosses 2000 he should be in strict surveillience. Atleast to reduce the cheaters. And is there a way to remove the cheater's name from the list during tournaments and return half points to his opponents . lichess can take 15-30 seconds before posting the final standings to edit the standings and points and ban the cheater.
I don't understand. Are you asking for a queue for the mods where every new (some definitions of it, anyway) player who exceeds a rating range (2000) is audited? Lichess already has mechanisms to catch cheaters; This does increase the load, but may not be effective in catching cheaters.

The conundrum of this situation is that the actual CIA was created for the betterment of society, yet it is now involved in very murky dealings and causes unethical issues. Your CIA must tread carefully, before you overstep your bounds and get involved in international dealings and overthrow chess regimes, putting in your own chess political heads to establish "the new world order". However, if you stay true to the CIA creed then it will all remain undetected and only conspiracy theorists as myself will know the truth. If we see Magnus Carlsen overthrown in the next World Championship by a youngster in an up and coming chess developing nation, then we know it was in your clutches all along. Yes, I'm referring to Wei Yi.
