I don't have, for years, received notifications when the oponent moves, nor when the game starts.

I have activated them and checked they are activated everywhere. I think there is a bug that doesn't show them and nobody really cared about it or made a fuzz. I want to look at other tabs while waiting for the opponent in long games.
