Why my performance is completely decreased .. what is the wrong with me?

Hello, my performance in chess becomes too bad and if anyone take look at my blitz rating will find out the curve is down in the last few days .. I feel so bad and don't know why this happens.. is it normal? how to recover ?
You're probably tilting (i call it chess depression), which means you lose a game, you feel bad about yourself so you play another game to feel better and increase ur rating, lose that game because you're feeling bad about yourself, and the cycle repeats. Take a break from chess for a few days.
Don't play. Take some time off to study and practice, and when you feel less cloud-headed, come back.
Last week I dropped to under 2100 blitz and came back. It happens. We're all humans after all- except for cheaters.
Happens to us all. I agree with @InkyDarkBird and @M-Mohebi : somehow you need to make chess fresh and exciting again. Get out of the rut of addictive play and loss.
Or, dive into it, see how many games you can lose in a row. Somewhere you will tilt back.
i remeber starting with 1100, then i played until 1300 and so on. but when i got to 1600 I droped to 1400-1500. but now i am on my way to 1700. It is completely normal at our level.
Very normal, happens to me all the time. No need to worry, you'll get back up.
Your rating curve is steady. Compare it to mine! Don't worry about it.
If you lose 2 or 3 times in a row, it means you are not in a good day. Better stopping, otherwise you'll lose again. Tomorrow or in a couple of days everything will be different.
one time my buddy ricky henley lost 50 rating points and he never forgot to eat his mashed potatoes again
