I think what lichess has to do is treat this as artificially boosting rating. They might have to treat it as a case by case basis, without having specific rules, but they should. This player doesn't have the skill he claims he does in my opinion, and that is not how it's supposed to be.
Also, I just saw a HUGE RED FLAG about how he isn't as good as his rating claims.

Then, 57 minutes later, he says he was able to calculate the draw. 57 MINUTES. 1 HOUR. I don't think he is really a 2350.
