elo isn't bullet rating...
it is something. lol bullet is rating.
Bullet is rating, but bullet isn't fide (elo) rating.

You shouldn't care about titles. I've beaten GM's before and I have moderate rating and no title.. It's all about your mind and your creativity, one mind against another. GM is just two letters.. it means somebody shown at the time some particular strength.. Also lichess rating means nothing.. there are people whoh ave 2200-2300 elo here with 2600 or so.. so take off 200elo from lichess rating to get the reality.... You should go play real over the board tournaments and find yourself a good coach if you want to improve but most of all if you really want something and believe in it you will always succeed. There is a famous saying if you believe you can do something or if you believe you can't, your actually always right.
