Losers Who Refuse Undos

I only will request a takeback if I notice I made a HORRIBLE move, otherwise I let it go. If the opponent requests a takeback, if they're in a better position, I won't let it.
The object, which has created this topic is sleazy. This object is too impudent, which cannot be tolerated.
To #31, in this situation you should resign and request a rematch.
The OP is ridiculous and childish. Asking for a takeback in rated chess due to a blunder is not only pathetic, but it actually kinda pisses me off. Like someone else said, you shouldn't feel entitled to special treatment. Learn to play by the rules, and take your medicine. Blunders are a huge part of the game. Only a child would ask me to hold their hand when they mess up. I can't tell you how many times in the past I've granted a takeback to someone rated lower than me resulting in them coming back and winning. Finally I said never again, and vowed to stop for good. I didn't know you could disable them, that's excellent.

However, I have made exceptions in terms of asking for and granting takebacks where I thought it was fair for example, when it was obvious that it was a mouse slip, especially early in the game. I realize not everyone has a mouse and some use a touch pad or tablet.
Donald Trump for President! Let's make America great again!
Nobody is going to give you a takeback in a real tournament game. If you make a move and see the mistake after it's your fault.

Mouse slips are another thing entirely but that should only happen in shorter time controls.
#1 LOL

I disabled takebacks precisely because of bad players who thought (and said) that there's something wrong with ME if I don't entertain their need to move before computing what they're about to do in their brains.

If you're ever in a position where you're playing 1+0 and some kid wants to take back every other move because he's screwed his own position a million times over, you'll get it.

Suck it up. "Take backs" are for wimps.
I mainly play on an Iphone. It can be quite hard to be precise so I think there is a major difference between blunders (that shouldn't be allowed to be taken back) and clear fumbles that in my view should be allowed to be taken back. Winning based on a fumble is no fun so I both give take backs and ask for them occasionally.
