Today I logged into lichess and tried playing as usual, and I saw that no ratings were changed after the game, I therefore thought that the game must've been a casual game and tried manually creating a game to make sure it wasn't casual. Once again, no ratings were changed. Then, I looked into what it could be on the contact page and determined that it wasn't either of the possible causes mentioned (playing against bots and playing casual games).
