Difficulty of puzzles

Alright , just wanted to say that I am able to solve puzzles in 2000s easily while i struggle with anything above and below that for some reason. Could the reason be the amount of focus put into it?
I think lichess uses some computer algorithm or something to create puzzles. They aren't human-selected so they lack quality.
On the bright side, lichess is free :/
@nckqefhm They are automatically generated from missed wins in actual lichess games. You can view the game a problem came from by pressing the "eye" icon after your attempt.

Remember, training problems are a work in progress, you can help make them better with the voting feature.

Crowdsourcing tactics is a brilliant idea.
@pranav15 That doesn't make much sense. Maybe you are guessing rather than thinking them through?
Many of the highest rated puzzles are not really difficult. But they have alternative good moves that the engine rejects. They work like traps and you lose even if your move is clearly winning. I got sick of those bad puzzles and stopped using lichess for training tactics. Chesstempo is by far the best place to learn tactics.
Puzzles are in the process of being redone almost entirely. Should be released properly in a month or two.

you are totally right! you are forced to use extra time and effort
to figure out if there is a trap later in the puzzle!
